Vegan Eats | Pancakes

Here’s a recipe I tried out today, it’s so quick and easy! Just add some dark chocolate chips, fresh fruit, or maple syrup!

This recipe serves 2 (unless you’re hungry or don’t like to share.) And it makes around 6-8 pancakes.

What you will need!

♡ 1 cup of flour. (Any kind, it doesn’t matter.)

♡ 1 tablespoon of sugar, organic cane sugar or coconut sugar.

♡ 2 tablespoons of baking powder. (Some recipes use teaspoons but tablespoons make fluffier, thicker pancakes.)

♡ 1/8 teaspoon of salt.

♡ 1 cup of soya milk, or you could try almond/rice/hemp milk, I don’t know how they would work in pancakes but you could always give it a shot.

♡ 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, or coconut oil.

What you need to do!

♡ Place a pan on the stove and set the stove to a medium heat.

♡ Combine the 4 dry ingredients together in a bowl. (Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.)

♡ Add the milk and oil into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until it’s smooth.

♡ Spoon one pancake worth of mixture into the pan. When bubbles appear in the middle of the pancake and the edges look stiffened flip the pancake CAREFULLY!

♡ Just keep repeating until all the pancake batter is gone. Also try not to eat all the pancakes while you’re cooking them.
