It’s ice cold outside and it’s threatening to snow, so no I don’t want to go outside, I’m gonna bake some cookies!
Here’s the super simple recipe!
You’re gonna need…
♡ 100g Vegan margarine (I used vitalite.)
♡ 75g Soft brown sugar
♡ 150g Vegan/dark chocolate
♡ 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
♡ 2 Tablespoons of plant milk (I used hemp milk, but any other plant milk is fine.)
♡ 175g Self raising flour.
What you’re gonna need to do…
♡ Preheat your oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4.
♡ If you couldn’t get chocolate chips, just smash up bars of chocolate into big chunks.
♡ Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
♡ Stir in the maple syrup, flour, plant milk, and chocolate, then mix well.
P.S. The best thing about vegan cookie dough is eating it raw, you don’t need to worry about food poisoning. Win!
♡ Place about 15-18 spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased* baking tray.
*or use grease proof paper.
♡ Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes.
The cookies I baked were super soft and the chocolate was so melty and uhhh. 😍
Love & Peace,
