Vegan Beauty | First impressions | Dr Organic

I’ve heard so many good things about the Dr Organic product range so I thought I’d take advantage of the half price sale at Holland and Barrett, I also got free shipping!

Dr. Organic only uses organic naturalΒ  ingredients, they do not test on animals, and they do not use any animal ingredients in their products, no mineral oils are used, GMO and harsh chemical ingredients are avoided, all Dr. Organic products are free from SLS and parabens.

Dr Organic Hemp Oil Rescue Shampoo & Conditioner

Okay, I love this shampoo and conditioner, it makes my hair feel so soft and lovely and it smells amazing and my hair smelt amazing for a few days afterwards as well!

Dr Organic Dead Sea Mineral Bath Salts

I love a soak in a bath with Dead Sea salts, it always leaves my skin so soft and smooth! I’d recommend Dead Sea salts to anyone who suffers from dry skin, or skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.

Dr Organic Aloe Vera Toothpaste

I like this, it tastes good, it’s not too strong, I really hate toothpaste that has an over powering minty taste. I don’t know if my teeth are actually whiter but to me they look more white. I’ll definitely be rebuying this!

Dr Organic Antibacterial Tea tree Mouthwash

This smells amazing, but oh dear God it tastes fucking horrific! I honestly won’t buy this again, I probably won’t use it again because it just taste so God awful! I’m actually really sad about this because I really wanted to like it.

Dr Organic Vitamin E Scar & Stretch Mark Serum

This isn’t actually vegan, it’s only vegetarian. It contains beeswax, I thought all Dr Organics products were vegan, but some do contain beeswax, at least I’ll know for next time. I’ll just use this since I can’t return it and I don’t want to be wasteful.

Love & Peace,

      1. This one is around Β£10.00 full price but i got it on a 50% off offer, but you should be able to find cheaper, maybe in Whole Foods? We don’t have that store here so I’m not sure.

  1. Hello! I like vegan products. But don’t you think that is a lot of packaging? Why do they sell most vegan ORGANIC products in plastic bottles, plastic bags, plastic containers, and an additional covering box in colourful paper? Dr. Organic? 😦 Esther

    1. I completely agree. I don’t like all the plastic. It would be nice if cosmetic companies considered using cartons, at least paper and cardboard are easily recycled.
