Vegan Beauty | Review | Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer

Urban Decay are a cruelty free brand, they are owned by L’Oreal who do test on animals, but Urban Decay themselves are cruelty free. I still purchase from brands like Urban Decay, I know not everyone likes to but I feel that we need to support any brand that offers cruelty free and vegan products to show that there is a call for such.

Check out Urban Decays other vegan friendly products here.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer launched in 2016, and is one of their vegan friendly products! Yay!

I got this product just after Christmas, so I have been using it for a few weeks now. I am in the shade Fair Light.

I do  really love this product, it truly is one of the best concealers I have ever used. The only thing that is slightly concerning is I think it smells like paint, does anyone else think that? Anyway, its completely full coverage and buildable, it will cover any sin you throw it at. In the product description is says “demi-matte finish” but I would say it is fully matte, it actually sets very quick which can be bad if you are too slow at blending in the product, but it also means you would not need to set the concealer with a powder so I guess its whatever you prefer. I have oily skin and struggle to get makeup to stick to my nose, but this concealer is bullet proof, it doesn’t budge at all.

It is a small tube, I guess you could say travel friendly.  5ml for £17.50 so £3.50 per ml. For the quality of product it is worth the price, and I do feel the price point isn’t overly expensive. The applicator is really nice, it’s like it has a little scoop in it and it brings out the perfect amount of product, the applicator also gives a smooth even application before blending.

I love this product and I actually highly recommend it. It is buildable, matte, and covers EVERYTHING! I would say this could be my ride or die concealer.
