Hey guys, this weeks post is probably going to be super disappointing, I was really busy last week traveling down to Liverpool, I will make this post a little life update too, which is weird because I don’t really talk about myself much on here.
Just a quick reminder that not all of the products I use are vegan friendly but that’s because they were pre vegan purchases and it would be wasteful to just throw them away, so I plan to use them until they’re finished and just not repurchase.

I don’t even have a picture for you, I am so shit. I did my makeup on the train to Liverpool and it was so on point and I forgot to take a picture. I am so sad!
Eyes: The Balm Cosmetics Nude’Tude Palette. (Cruelty free.) I hear a lot of bad reviews about this palette but I actually really like it. I am just sad that it isn’t vegan friendly. Lame.
Lip: NYX Lip Lingerie in the shade Embellishment. (Cruelty free.) Check out my recent post on NYX and how they are not vegan friendly here.
That is it. I am terrible. Also have you noticed I have actually been sticking to a schedule?! Well apart from this post, which should have been up yesterday but I had no motivation because I just knew it would be terrible. Eek! Sorry!
Anyway, I was in Liverpool, England last Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I stayed at the 30 James Street hotel which was so nice looking, BUT the walls were so paper-thin I got woken up at 5am both mornings by hella drunk hotel guests. Rude.
On Wednesday evening I visited Albert Dock, and went to the Panam Restaurant for dinner, I had the vegan coconut curry, it was so so good! Also they had really nice red wine, I think it was Merlot, I don’t know, it was nice anyway.
So, the main reason I was in Liverpool was because I was getting tattooed by the lovely and incredibly talented Rachel Baldwin at Bold As Brass Tattoo Company. She designed a hella cute tattoo of my rescue furbaby Ricky! I am so happy how it turned out!
My leg is still red and swollen, but you will all see a better picture on my Instagram in a few weeks once it is fully healed.
Once I had been tattooed I was starving so went off to find food, and of course visit Lush were I just went wild on Bubble Bars (That is another post.) I also bought a tub of Dream Cream for healing my new tattoo. Oh fun fact, Lush Liverpool is the 3rd largest Lush in the world! Cool, huh? Anyway, I ended up at some burrito bar for a vegan burrito and then back to the hotel to chill out and get an early night.
On the Friday after being woken up at 5am, I watched Cops in bed for a while before I got up and ready to go out and grab a much-needed soya hazelnut latte and have another wander around Liverpool before getting the train home. Sad face.
Liverpool is such a beautiful city. I really can’t wait to go back and visit again!
Life is so sweet right now, I have so much planned over the next few months. I will be in Manchester in a few weeks, I will be at the Scottish Vegan Festival at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on the 9th of April (Also in October too.) at the Paws2Rescue stand, so come say Hi! I will also be in Paris at the beginning of June, Romania at the end of June, and Rebellion Festival in August. I have some other stuff going on inbetween but I will let you all know at the time.
I would love to know what exciting things you guys have planned for this year?
I am in a really happy place right now, and more good things are to come.
Thank you guys for all the love and support.
Love & peace, SBB. Xo
